Once again, on our way up river, we stopped by to say hello to our hold friend Willow, and she is….you guessed it….shedding!
This means she is about to change her skin and therefore is very sensitive and can't be handled.
But Pillow was more than happy to play with us.
We met a very nice Park interpreter, Mariane, who showed the boys the tadpoles and frogs. Liam was very quick to tell her about his kindergarten teacher, Mme Mariane.
Wonderful exhibit on insects and butterflies this year; if you are in the area of Mallorytown Landing, it’s worth stopping by.
The boys also tried out their new baseball mitts and practiced their throwing and catching skills.
Nous sommes présentement en direction de Sugar Island, dans les Navy Islands, un peu avant Gananoque. Les garçons se reposent dans le bateau; Liam joue sur le Leap Pad et Thomas avec un petit casse tete magnétique que Marjo lui a offert. Le ciel se couvre de nuages gris, beaucoup d’énergie dans l’air. Pas mal de vagues aussi :) Nous espérons arriver assez tôt pour pouvoir pêcher un peu. Thomas a fait une petite sieste en route.

Bien ancrés à Sugar, la baignade est bonne et le dodo sera pour bientôt!
Et demain, on attaque les back 40s sur le chemin de Kingston!
